loud humming faulty system
the staff was really helpful, which i appreciated.
the heating system made a loud humming noise. the heating in my room did not work. it was quite disappointing for a premium hotel, and the room remained cold.

amazing bed spacious bathroom body care excellent packaging
The bed offered really good comfort and the turn-down service included a thoughtful glass of water. The bathroom felt spacious and had a variety of skin and body care products available. I found a generous selection of body washes, shampoos, conditioners, eye cream, face cream, cream cleanser, and lip balm. They provided every single item I might need for my trip with excellent packaging.
The heating system made a loud humming noise and I could not get it to warm up the room.

The room decoration created a calming ambiance and the radio played upon arrival. The room had complimentary umbrellas, very convenient for unpredictable weather. The space offered quiet and beautifully appointed interiors that enhanced the stay.

Breakfast was served at Cecconi's restaurant located on-site. The food was delicious and the service was good. I found the homey atmosphere excellent for a relaxed meal.

The hotel offered access to Shoreditch House facilities for Soho House members. A Pyscle spinning studio was conveniently located right next door. The hotel ensured multiple handy provisions such as hair straighteners and a razor.

The staff was friendly and helpful with any requests. Check-in was efficient and super friendly. One staff member named Finn was particularly awesome. He was so cute and helpful.
